Aarish BWR Grade

Built for Semi-Wet Environments

Aarish BWR Grade Plywood is engineered using high-density hardwood veneers bonded with Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resin, providing exceptional resistance to moisture, boiling water, and humidity. It is ideal for semi-wet applications such as kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and utility furniture.

The plywood is hot-pressed under high pressure to ensure zero core gaps and consistent bonding integrity. Every batch undergoes boiling water immersion tests as per IS:303 standards to confirm long-term performance. Aarish BWR Ply’s balanced core structure also enhances screw-holding capacity and prevents warping during usage.

Technical Specifications:

Designed for Strength and Longevity

Aarish BWR Ply is the preferred choice among urban and semi-urban carpenters due to its workability and consistent performance. The PF resin bonding ensures chemical stability, making it resistant to both fungal and borer attack

This grade offers higher mechanical strength and elasticity, enabling long-term durability in environments exposed to humidity. Its moisture resistance and smooth surface finish make it suitable for modern modular furniture manufacturing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
  • Glue Shear Strength: ≥ 1400 N
  • Water Absorption: < 3% after 24 hours
  • Modulus of Elasticity (MOE): 8500–9500 N/mm²
  • Thickness Tolerance: ±0.2mm
