Engineered for Dimensional Stability
Aarish MR Grade Plywood is manufactured using a multi-layer core construction process where
high-density hardwood veneers are bonded with Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) resin under
controlled temperature and pressure. This ensures excellent dimensional stability, low moisture
absorption, and consistent bonding strength across every panel.
Each sheet is pressed using hydraulic multi-opening presses calibrated to maintain thickness
tolerance within ±0.2mm. The plywood is further subjected to moisture equilibrium testing and
core gap analysis to meet IS:303 quality parameters.
Designed for use in furniture, cabinetry, and interior applications, Aarish MR Ply offers
exceptional screw-holding capacity, smooth finishing, and uniform density distribution, ensuring
flawless machinability during cutting and routing operations.

Designed for Precision and Longevity
Every Aarish MR Grade panel undergoes core gap inspection, edge bonding verification,
and adhesion strength tests to ensure longevity in indoor environments. The calibrated
surface reduces sanding requirements and ensures even veneer adhesion for lamination and
painting.
It is ideally suited for non-wet applications like wardrobes, cabinets, wall panels, and
modular furniture, where consistent performance and aesthetics are crucial. The plywood
maintains its structural integrity under variable humidity conditions, offering a
lifespan that surpasses conventional MR-grade competitors in the same segment.

Frequently Asked Question
-
What makes Aarish MR Grade plywood moisture resistant?
Aarish MR Ply uses Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF) adhesive,
which creates a thermosetting resin bond resistant to humidity and minor
moisture exposure. It is tested under IS:303 standards for water absorption
and bonding strength.
-
What quality checks are conducted on each sheet?
Each batch undergoes core gap testing, bonding strength
verification, moisture content analysis, and surface smoothness calibration
using precision measuring tools to maintain manufacturing uniformity.
-
How is MR Grade different from BWR Grade plywood?
MR Ply is moisture-resistant and suitable for indoor use,
while BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) plywood is bonded with Phenol
Formaldehyde (PF) resin, offering better waterproofing and outdoor
endurance.
-
Can Aarish MR Ply be used under laminates and veneers?
Yes. Its calibrated surface and smooth finish provide
excellent adhesion for laminates, veneers, and paints, minimizing air gaps
and surface irregularities.
